I watched my supervisors and asked to run new tasks and with that I learned new skills. Another contribution to my development is my department leadership team, who are supportive and can be a go-to soundboard when needed. It made me confident to become a manager. With their guidance, I worked on the skills necessary to perform at manager level. While I was a supervisor, my former manager was a great mentor to me.

I think the ACE Club is a great starting point. My career path with Agua Caliente I started entry level with our players rewards club ACE Club, as a Club Representative, then I decided to take the next step to dual rate supervisor and now shift manager.
